*Participants registering for reduced fee must provide in accordance with their status either a copy of their professional or student ID, or a note from their chief of department.

Cancellation Fees Policy
Cancellations and modifications must be made in writing to Voyages C. Mathez

Before March 20th, 2009 the registration fees will be refunded less 36 € including VAT as handling fees
From March 20th, 2009 no refund will be made.
