Each participant is responsible for obtaining a passport and a visa when applicable. Please check with your local French embassy what documents are required. For the EEC member countries, a national identity card is sufficient.
Upon request, an Invitation Letter can be sent to participants in order to facilitate the administrative process (visa, financial support,...). However, this letter does not imply any financial commitment from the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for illness or accidents which could occur during the Congress. We recommend you to check if your health insurance covers incidents happening abroad, or to subscribe an additional insurance.

By car
Exit from the North Ring Road (périphérique nord) at Porte de St Clair.
Underground car parks:
P0: at 100 m. from the Congress Center, P1 & 2: at 50 m.
By plane
The Congress Center is 25 min. away from Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport and multimodal station.

By train
It takes 10 min. to reach the Congress Center from Part-Dieu station and 15 min. from Perrache station.
There is one to two high-speed trains per hour between Lyon and Paris (Gare de Lyon) and frequent rapid train connections with Brussels (Belgium), London (UK) or Lille (France).
